In the 20 years that we have been catering to the Hamptons, New York City and the Gold Coast, the events we’ve produced range from a “Proposal Dinner” for two on the beach, at sunset, in Sagaponack to seated four course fund raising dinners for 450 in Bridgehampton. All of these events require three things in common:
1. Fresh and imaginative food, preferably local
2. Swift, friendly and accommodating service
3. The ability to transform the client’s concepts into reality

Cocktails and Buffet Dinner for 70 in a Manhattan Penthouse
A “multi-ethnic” buffet incorporating both Asian and Mediterranean specialties, beginning with passed hors d’oeuvres on the terrace.
Wedding Reception for 225 at a Water Mill Estate
Dinner was preceded by passed hors d’oeuvres, a kabob grilling station
and a fully manned Sushi bar. Converting piles of rentals into a glowing
Reception Tent is always part of the responsibility of the caterer.
Fund raiser in Bridgehampton for 450 Honoring Ina Garten
The evening was a benefit for “the Group for the East End” and Ina was
The Guest of Honor. Cocktails and Hors d’oeuvres were followed by dinner with a menu suggested by Ina.
