Brent Newsom Caterer has been answering the needs, lusts and
whims of our sophisticated Hamptons clientele since 1995.Our
dedication to providing imaginative and creative cuisine, as well as
an attractive, friendly crew of service professionals, has enabled
us to expand our sphere of excellence on to the North Fork and
into NYC.
For a client, planning and executing an event - be it a wedding,
a fund raiser or a birthday party - can be an exhausting and time
consuming chore. Our 15 years in the profession has provided us
the experience, the knowledge of venues, the list of resources,
floral designers andmost important - the common sense to
realize what works and what doesnt. After engineering the first
100 receptions, it does get easier.
Our core team has been together since the inception in 1995. In
addition to providing distinctive cuisine and memorable service,
we supply the organizational skills that ensure your event enjoys
flawless execution from the beginning to the finale - with no effort
on your part.
We work with our clients in planning imaginative menus, and we
can offer guidance in terms of many ethnic themes, ranging from
Asian to Mediterranean, from South American to Nordic. We will
handle the rental requirements, in terms of furniture, china,
glassware, linens, table flatware, etc. We will lead you to tent
professionals and provide valets and security, if needed.
We are, above all, a team dedicated to perfection and performance
- and probably the longest running event planning show on
Eastern Long Island.
